Refund Policy

Changing your subscription can be done easily through the following steps.

• First, visit the 'My Account' section of the website and following the relevant link to remove your account
• Then submit a 'Cancelation Subscription' form
• Contact our support team with your respective request

Please know that we do not give refunds for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services. If you cancel, you will be able to enter our services until the end of the paid period.

We may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you are in breach of our terms. In this is the case, you will not be entitled to any refund. After your account is ended, these terms except those which are intended to survive termination, will expire.
